Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role
">A Lead Generation Specialist is required to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base for Axonator Inc's cutting-edge technology solution. As a key member of our rapidly growing team, you will be responsible for generating and closing your own leads through cold outreach campaigns across various channels.
Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads for North America through targeted cold outreach campaigns, including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
Conduct extensive research to identify potential customers and decision-makers within target accounts.
Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to enhance lead generation.
Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and decision-making processes.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities for the sales team.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
Continuously update and maintain accurate records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or related roles.
Proven experience in cold calling and generating leads through cold outreach campaigns.
Experience in selling IT services, products, or SaaS solutions is highly valued.
Strong prospecting and lead qualification skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
Ability to quickly build rapport and establish credibility with potential customers.
Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented individual.
