About the Role

A Lead Generation Specialist is required to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base for Axonator Inc's cutting-edge technology solution. As a key member of our rapidly growing team, you will be responsible for generating and closing your own leads through cold outreach campaigns across various channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads for North America through targeted cold outreach campaigns, including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.

  • Conduct extensive research to identify potential customers and decision-makers within target accounts.

  • Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to enhance lead generation.

  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and decision-making processes.

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities for the sales team.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.

  • Continuously update and maintain accurate records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or related roles.

  • Proven experience in cold calling and generating leads through cold outreach campaigns.

  • Experience in selling IT services, products, or SaaS solutions is highly valued.

  • Strong prospecting and lead qualification skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to quickly build rapport and establish credibility with potential customers.

  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented individual.
