We are seeking a driven Pre-Sales Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join our team and play a critical role in driving growth through strategic lead generation and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities As a Pre-Sales Associate, you will focus on identifying, nurturing, and converting leads while supporting the consulting and coaching teams. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting : Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, industry directories, events, and web searches.
Create and maintain a database of leads with detailed information on key decision-makers and potential opportunities.
Develop and execute lead-generation campaigns, including email outreach and follow-up strategies, to engage prospects effectively.
Qualify leads by analyzing their needs, budget, and decision-making process to ensure alignment with our offerings.
Proactively track and follow up on inbound leads from marketing campaigns or referrals to maximize conversion.
2. Prospects Engagement : Initiate meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their challenges and explore potential business opportunities.
Schedule and participate in discovery calls, providing a consultative approach to understanding client needs.
3. Proposal Development : Collaborate with consulting teams to design tailored solutions that address client requirements.
Create impactful presentations and proposals that highlight the value of our services.
4. Market and Competitor Research : Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client industries to identify new lead sources and refine strategies.
Provide actionable insights to the consulting teams based on research findings.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate with other teams to align on lead-generation strategies, campaigns, and events.
Work closely with consulting teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to execution.
6. Metrics and Reporting : Maintain an up-to-date CRM database with all lead interactions and progress.
Generate reports to track lead pipeline, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
Share performance insights with leadership to optimize lead-generation efforts.
What We’re Looking For Experience :
1-3 years of experience in pre-sales, business consulting lead generation, or a similar client-facing role.
Track record in identifying and qualifying high-value leads.
Educational Background :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields. (MBA is a plus but not mandatory.)
Skills :
Strong research and analytical abilities to identify opportunities and generate qualified leads.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and lead-generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other business productivity tools.
