Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads on LinkedIn to build a strong sales pipeline for TKC clients in the IT services industry.
- Engage with decision-makers such as CTOs, Engineering Heads, and QA Directors through LinkedIn campaigns and personalized outreach.
- Assist in creating and executing LinkedIn outreach strategies to promote clients’ Software Testing and QA services.
- Provide regular updates on outreach activities, including lead generation metrics and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with TKC and client teams to refine outreach processes and messaging.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Support client relationship-building efforts by providing timely and professional responses to inquiries.
- 2+ years of experience in LinkedIn-based lead generation or sales.
- Basic understanding of IT services or software development processes is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking and managing sales activities.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with TKC and client teams.
- Prior experience in IT services, specifically Software Testing or QA, is a plus.
- Experience engaging with senior decision-makers on LinkedIn.
- Proven ability to support sales targets and KPIs.
