Job Title: Principal Consultant and Pre-Sales Lead - Digital PLM and Digital Thread
Location: Bengaluru, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-Time
Role Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Digital PLM and Digital Thread Principal Consultant and Pre-Sales Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience in the PLM domain and a proven track record of at least one end-to-end PLM implementation using Siemens Teamcenter PLM, Dassault Systemes 3 DEXPERIENCE, or PTC Windchill. This role involves leading from front PLM pursuits for both proactive demand creation through consultative selling as well as responding to client RFIs and RFPs leading to practice growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in PLM and digital thread technologies, providing strategic guidance and best practices to clients.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments and gap analyses to identify client requirements and recommend suitable PLM solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling pre-sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients.
- Proactively create new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential clients.
- Respond to client RFIs, RFPs, and other inquiries with comprehensive and tailored proposals.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create and execute effective sales strategies and plans.
- Support the development of project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to provide innovative solutions and insights.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth within the team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in the PLM domain.
- Proven experience with at least one end-to-end PLM implementation using Siemens Teamcenter PLM, Dassault Systemes 3 DEXPERIENCE, or PTC Windchill.
- Strong understanding of digital thread concepts and their application in PLM environments.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Extensive experience in pre-sales activities, including proactively creating deals, solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
