**Role Description**

This is a full-time job for a Pre Sales Executive. The Pre Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities through a combination of inbound and outbound strategies, networking, and building solid relationships.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration

**Experience**
- Minimum of 0 - 1 years of experience in pre-sales, business development, or a similar role
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand client requirements, identify and quantify opportunities, and communicate effectively with clients and the sales team
- Demonstrated experience in prospecting and new business development, lead generation, and creating business solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and close deals within a given time frame
- Experience in real estate or property development would be a plus
