Responsibilities:
1. Market Research:

- Conduct research on client requirements, industry trends, and competitor offerings to gather relevant information.
- Design and build the appropriate pre-sales demonstration environment and keep this updated.

2. Assist in Preparing Proposals:

- Collaborate with delivery managers, Senior Management, Product Team and Support Teams to gather requirements and aid in crafting high-quality proposals, presentations, and sales collateral to effectively showcase our IT solutions to potential clients.

3. Customer Requirement Research:

- Conduct research on client requirements, industry trends, and competitor offerings to gather relevant information supporting the presales process.
- Coordination and organization of demand generating activities like tradeshows, company events or customer workshops.

4. Product Knowledge:

- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients.

5. Solution Design:

- Work closely with the technical team to assist in designing customized IT solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of potential clients.
- Participate in the project definition workshops and design sessions, to ensure consistency of messaging from sales activity.

6. Client Communication:

- Coordinate meetings, calls, and presentations with potential customers to discuss their requirements, present our solutions, and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Maintain key relationship with customers and prospects (senior business level and technical level

7. Documentation:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all presale’s activities, including client interactions, proposals, and other relevant documents.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelors or master’s degree in Sales or Marketing or equivalent.
- Solution-oriented analytical skills.
- Ability to initiate conversations and make a lasting impact.
- Well-versed with Excel and CRM software.
- Experience with SaaS, PaaS, and/or digital products is a plus.
- Experience in international markets like APAC, Europe and middle east is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
