About the role The Director, Business Development will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and closing new partnerships for the organization. In this role, the candidate will leverage existing relationships and create new ones to achieve sign up targets, and to successfully expand upon their vast network while managing the onground business development team and driving team performance for their respective regions. Key Responsibilities Manage business development strategy for new potential partnerships, including pipeline, sourcing, presentation pitches, opportunity assessment and contract negotiations. Build and maintain relationships with personal and professional networks to drive forward active discussions and attend industry events to build networks. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscape. Develop strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to understand areas of optimization. Support Senior Director, Business Development on maintaining compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential partners. Track all opportunities, pipeline, and bookings to provide forecasts and funnel management reports. What are we looking for Understanding of Commercial Real Estate business well and have prior experience in deal closures at hospitality consulting (mandatory) organisations or real estate companies Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills Preferably 3-6 yrs of experience in the relevant industry. Good Presentation and communication skills Strong excel/g-sheets and number crunching skills to handle number driven negotiations Proven negotiation skills with a track record to seek, create, negotiate and close a deal Data driven approach to pitching and supply building Energetic and self-starter, agile and flexible Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced start-up environment Comfortable to travel extensively to any region across the country extensively Should preferably from hospitality, real estate, franchise expansion, management modules
