Job Description

Culinary Director - Pune

The role of Culinary Director for the Hyatt Regency in Pune requires a seasoned professional to oversee the efficient operation of the Food and Beverage department. This involves managing multiple outlets, ensuring consistency with corporate standards, and driving profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the production team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality food offerings.
  • Maintain financial control, aiming for individual outlet profitability while adhering to company standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
Requirements

To be successful as a Culinary Director, you will have:

  • A strong background in culinary arts, preferably with an apprenticeship or professional diploma in Food Production.
  • At least 2 years of experience in senior culinary roles, such as Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef, preferably in larger operations.
  • Possess excellent practical, operational, and administrative skills, with a flair for creativity.
Compensation Package
