Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong technical background and a passion for AI and Quantum Computing. As an SDR, you will be responsible for the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals. This role is ideal for someone with a B.Tech degree who has a good grasp of technical concepts and excellent communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify, engage, and qualify potential customers
who could benefit from QpiAI Pro and other QpiAI products.
● Outreach & Engagement: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
to generate interest in QpiAI’s offerings.
● Consultative Sales: Understand client requirements and pain points to offer tailored
solutions, showcasing the value of QpiAI Pro in their specific use cases.
● Product Demonstrations: Deliver engaging and informative product demos, effectively
communicating technical aspects and product benefits to diverse audiences.
● Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities using
CRM software to manage and track sales progress.
● Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with
customers, addressing their concerns and providing necessary support throughout the
sales cycle.
● Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to provide
customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
Qualifications:
Education B.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a strong understanding of technical concepts, especially in AI and Quantum Computing.
Experience : 1-2 years of experience in sales or technical sales, preferably within the tech industry.
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of AI and Quantum Computing is a plus; ability to quickly learn and convey technical aspects of QpiAI products.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for varied audiences.
Presentation Skills: Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to confidently engage and persuade potential clients.
Sales Process Management: Experience in managing an end-to-end sales process and using CRM tools for tracking and managing leads.
