
Senior Franchise Growth Manager

Drive business expansion across multiple categories – Kitchens, Casanatro, Furniture, and Furnishing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify high-potential cities for business growth and conduct research to map demand clusters, competition, and feasibility.
- Qualify high-quality partners and build a strong funnel of aligned stakeholders.
- Pitch franchise models and negotiate agreements with prospective partners.
- Guide partners through the onboarding process, ensuring timely store setup and accurate reporting.
- Achieve targets, maintain accurate reports, and align area-level execution with regional goals.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred).
- 6–8 years of experience in business development, franchise acquisition, or channel sales.
- Proven track record of partner onboarding and achieving aggressive sales targets.
- Exposure to building materials, interiors, furniture, laminates, tiles, or related industries is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High willingness to travel extensively.
