Job Summary:

Business Development Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for representing a diverse portfolio of top franchise brands across multiple industries in India. Your primary goal is to strategically sell franchise opportunities from national and regional brands, while serving as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs identifying best-fit franchise models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically develop business relationships with clients and negotiate franchise deals virtually.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Maintain detailed sales and lead reports using Microsoft Excel.

You Bring:

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in business development with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for generating revenue and mastering multiple business sectors.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi, plus proficiency in regional languages depending on the market.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Commerce, or related fields preferred.
