  1. Brand Strategy & Development
  • Develop comprehensive brand strategies that balance global consistency with local market nuances.
  • Bespoke brand architecture to support multiple academic programs, partnerships, and target audiences.
  • Maintain robust brand guidelines across all touchpoints and platforms.
Influencer Marketing
  • Conceptualize and execute large-scale influencer campaigns with credibility, education, and youth media experts.
  • Nurture student ambassadors on college campuses, foster faculty champions, and amplify authentic brand stories.
  • Establish partnerships with industry thought leaders to strengthen trust and authenticity.
ATL / BTL Marketing & Media Planning
  • Lead ATL campaigns to enhance mass awareness and build brand reputation through print and outdoor advertising.
  • Plan and execute BTL activations such as school/college fairs, campus branding, experiential events, influencer-led meetups, and community outreach.
  • Oversee media strategy and planning, collaborating with agency partners on channel mix, geo-targeting, audience segmentation, and ROI tracking.
Website & Digital Experience
  • Oversight and development of the university's flagship website — design, structure, content, SEO, and engaging storytelling.
  • Drive digital content strategy to showcase the university's mission, student success stories, faculty expertise, and program outcomes.
  • Ensure seamless user experience, usability, SEO, and UX improvements in partnership with product and tech teams.
Digital Brand Campaigns
  • Pioneering digital-first brand campaigns across YouTube, Meta, and other platforms.
  • Leading campaign planning and messaging for paid digital media, integrating video, display, social, and content formats.
  • Fostering creative innovation in digital, from brand films and reels to interactive storytelling.
Content Marketing
  • Develop high-impact content formats: articles, blogs, newsletters, student/faculty stories, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Collaborate with admissions, academic, and digital teams to align content with student journeys and application cycles.
Creative/ Content Production & Agency Management
  • Produce high-quality brand assets — video, copy, design, motion graphics, and physical collateral.
  • Evaluate and onboard creative agencies to support brand development and go-to-market execution.
Brand Impact Measurement & Insights
  • Establish KPIs and track brand health using measurable metrics, including brand equity, recall, and sentiment analysis.
  • Commission qualitative and quantitative research studies to assess brand awareness, consideration, preference, and NPS.
Internal Brand & Stakeholder Alignment
  • Embed internal brand awareness among faculty, staff, and operations, ensuring cultural alignment and advocacy.
  • Equip departments with resources and training to consistently represent the brand.
