Graphic Designer Role Summary

This role involves creating high-quality visuals for digital and print media, including impactful packaging designs that reflect the brand's identity and resonate with the target audience.

  1. Design compelling and visually stunning graphics for digital platforms, social media, websites, and email campaigns.
  2. Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and other print collateral.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual assets that enhance brand messaging and drive engagement.
  1. Lead the design process for product packaging, from initial concept through to final production.
  • Develop innovative packaging solutions that are not only visually appealing but also functional and aligned with the brand's identity.
  • Work closely with product managers to understand packaging requirements, such as materials, functionality, and user experience.
  • Create dielines, 3D mockups, and prototypes to visualize packaging concepts.
  1. Maintain a consistent style and quality across all graphic and packaging materials.
  • Ensure all designs align with the brand's visual identity and guidelines.
  1. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Mentor junior designers and provide feedback to help them develop their skills.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on packaging design. Proven experience in a senior or lead design role is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Experience in creating packaging designs, including knowledge of dielines, mockups, and production-ready files.
  • Creative Skills: Strong sense of design aesthetics, color theory, typography, and layout.
