About the position: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our franchise network through strategic partnerships, sales, and relationship management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identify and approach potential franchise partners
  • Pitch and onboard new partners, highlighting benefits, responsibilities, and financial structures
  • Negotiate terms and close franchise agreements

Developing Strategic Partnerships

You will be working collaboratively with internal teams to develop customized pitches tailored to each partner to secure franchise deals.

Market Analysis and Lead Generation

  • Conduct market research to identify potential franchise opportunities and industry trends
  • Build a pipeline of prospective franchise partners and maintain accurate tracking of all deals

Franchise Network Expansion

Your role will involve identifying and onboarding new franchise partners, developing customized pitches, conducting market research, and analyzing industry trends.

Onboarding and Integration

  • Act as the SPOC for new franchise partners during the onboarding phase, ensuring all their queries are addressed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth transition and handover of the franchise to local management

Sales and Relationship Management

You will also be expected to build strong relationships with our existing partners, ensuring a positive experience and upholding our brand values.

In addition, you will provide regular updates to senior management on your progress and contribute to the development of strategies for franchise growth based on market feedback.

The ideal candidate will have an MBA or equivalent degree, a strong understanding of franchise models, excellent communication and analytical skills, and a proven track record in franchise sales and development.
