Key Responsibilities

The Role of a Zonal Head is to spearhead strategic partnerships with various stakeholders. This includes driving alliances with banks, NBFCs, MFIs, brokers, and corporate agents to expand market penetration.

  • Establish and maintain consultative relationships with senior stakeholders in partner organizations.
  • Promote the company's offerings across Credit Life, Broking, Corporate Agency, and Group Insurance.
  • Develop innovative partnership models to enhance market reach and achieve zonal targets.
  • Analyze performance of existing alliances and implement optimization strategies.
  • Develop and execute zonal business plans aligned with national strategy.
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to tailor offerings for partners.
  • Provide market intelligence and competition mapping to influence product strategy.
  • Lead and mentor a team of alliance managers and business development executives.
