- Establish and maintain consultative relationships with senior stakeholders in partner organizations.
- Promote the company's offerings across Credit Life, Broking, Corporate Agency, and Group Insurance.
- Develop innovative partnership models to enhance market reach and achieve zonal targets.
- Analyze performance of existing alliances and implement optimization strategies.
- Develop and execute zonal business plans aligned with national strategy.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to tailor offerings for partners.
- Provide market intelligence and competition mapping to influence product strategy.
- Lead and mentor a team of alliance managers and business development executives.
