Job Role:
  • We are seeking a skilled Regional Operations Manager to oversee the administration of our regional operations and team.
  • The ideal candidate will define clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for team members, ensuring effective management and coordination.
  • This role requires strong communication and strategic planning skills to develop program and project goals in collaboration with immediate management.
  • The Regional Operations Manager will report directly to the Zonal Admin Head on day-to-day activities, incident management, and other related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will monitor and report key project activities, plans, and progress to stakeholders.
  • They will manage calls and discussions effectively, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
  • This role involves end-to-end administrative activities management, team coordination, and exam day non-exam day administrative tasks.
  • The Regional Operations Manager must ensure zero incidents on exam days related to administrative services.
  • They will also be responsible for recruitment, training, and talent development of team members, as well as defining and deploying control and monitoring mechanisms for the admin team.
  • The ideal candidate will provide training and development opportunities for the admin team, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
  • This role requires the ability to standardize processes at all exam venues, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • The Regional Operations Manager will also be responsible for regional vendor management, supporting the Zonal Head in finalizing contracts and vendor invoices.
  • They will publish regular dashboards on key performance parameters to the Zonal Admin Head and senior management.
  • This role involves governance over VizLisp partners, regular meetings, and closure of audit points.
  • The successful candidate will handle contract management, support shortlisting prospective partners/venues, and maintain legal compliances for all venues.
  • They will prepare and deploy contingency/BCP plans, conduct surprise checks at exam venues, and handle crisis situations.
  • This role requires effective coordination and management with manpower agencies, conducting audits of exam venues, and performing any other duties assigned from time to time.
