Job Description

As a seasoned executive, you will lead the strategic growth of our Digital Axle Counter business, driving innovation and operational excellence to optimize Railway Signalling Systems.

You will engage with key stakeholders to drive growth across Indian Railways and global markets, leveraging our 30+ years of partnership with Thales (now Hitachi) to introduce next-generation axle counter technologies.

  • Drive business development and project execution through strategic leadership and stakeholder management.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve railway automation, working closely with RDSO and Indian Railways leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the Digital Axle Counter business to achieve strategic growth objectives.
  • Developing and executing business plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including RDSO, Zonal Railways, and international partners.
  • Leveraging industry partnerships to stay ahead of the curve in technology advancements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical).
  • An MBA from a premier institute.
  • 15-20 years of experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership (Railway Signalling experience strongly preferred).
  • A proven track record in business development, project execution, and stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the railway industry and a passion for innovation and growth.
