Company Description

HDFC Pension is a Pension Fund Manager (PFM) appointed by the Pension Fund Regulatory & Development Authority (PFRDA) to manage the pension corpus of NPS subscribers. The company is managed by experienced executives specializing in Insurance & Pension Administration, Risk Management, Banking, and Asset Management. HDFC Pension is recognized for providing fulfilling and rewarding investment experiences in pension administration. Additionally, HDFC Pension has been licensed as a Point of Presence (POP) for distributing and servicing the NPS scheme through both physical and online platforms. HDFC Pension is the largest Pension Fund Manager and Point of Presence under the new Corporate NPS business in terms of AUM.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in Nagpur, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. Day-to-day tasks will include researching market trends, managing client portfolios, and ensuring excellent service delivery. The role involves regular interaction with stakeholders to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for business operations
  • Experience in the financial services or pension industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
