Title: Business Development Professional

Job Grade: PL 11

Department: SE GT- PR SW OM-D GIS

Location: Aurangabad

The candidate will be responsible for driving business in domestic market by close coordination with regional sales & controlling the cost through optimized solutions while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.

Responsibility:

1.Analyze the technical and contractual requirement of the tender and process required clarification

2.Coordinate with Sales & BD team to drive technical requirements

3.Engage with clients for technical clarifications / resolutions & acceptance of our standard product

4.Technical offer preparation of HV GIS system & Costing & Pricing of the offer

5.Risk assessment & mitigation

6.Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders to develop most optimized solution within the financial guidelines

7.Support sales during negotiation

8.Acquire order to meet the financial goals

Qualification & Skills:

1.Degree in Electrical Engineering

years of experience in High Voltage Gas Insulated Switchgear products & tendering for domestic market

3.Team Player

4.Customer centric & result oriented approach

5.Professional expertise in MS Office

6.Strong interpersonal and Communication Skills

7.Self-motivated, quick and assertive

8.Adaptive to changing market dynamics

9.Collaborative & Well coordinated
