Job Description
Title: Business Development Professional
Job Grade: PL 11
Department: SE GT- PR SW OM-D GIS
Location: Aurangabad
The candidate will be responsible for driving business in domestic market by close coordination with regional sales & controlling the cost through optimized solutions while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.
Responsibility:
Analyze the technical and contractual requirement of the tender and process required clarification
Coordinate with Sales & BD team to drive technical requirements
Engage with clients for technical clarifications / resolutions & acceptance of our standard product
Technical offer preparation of HV GIS system & Costing & Pricing of the offer
Risk assessment & mitigation
Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders to develop most optimized solution within the financial guidelines
Support sales during negotiation
Acquire order to meet the financial goals
Qualification & Skills:
Degree in Electrical Engineering
1 - 3 years of experience in High Voltage Gas Insulated Switchgear products & tendering for domestic market
Team Player
Customer centric & result oriented approach
Professional expertise in MS Office
Strong interpersonal and Communication Skills
Self-motivated, quick and assertive
Adaptive to changing market dynamics
Collaborative & Well coordinated
