Marketing Strategy Manager

About our organization

We are a globally recognized leader in customized bromine-based products and services with an extensive distribution network across 70 countries.

Our company is recognized for being the first in India to manufacture and supply Methyl Bromide, which we started producing since 2004 at our acquired plant.

As part of our expansion strategy, we signed a strategic agreement with Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) to manufacture Calcium Bromide and Sodium Bromide in the UAE.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop branding strategies to drive business growth.
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all marketing efforts.
  • Analyse consumer behaviour and create customer personas.
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
  • Craft quarterly and annual business plans.
  • Monitor competition and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Track website analytics and conversion rates.
  • Monitor social media engagement and follower growth.
  • Measure return on investment (ROI) for marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in Marketing or relevant field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of running successful marketing campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords.
  • Experience with CRM software and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA - Marketing or relevant field.
  • An IPO background professional who has worked with companies seeking to go public.

Compensation Package:

Competitive salary range: ₹ 8-10 lakhs per annum.
