Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Protection & E-Commerce Activities: Manage all enforcement efforts and related e-commerce activities across marketplaces, domains, and social media, ensuring timely and compliant takedowns with measurable results.
  • Client Onboarding & Planning: Lead onboarding to ensure a smooth transition, set clear expectations, and establish brand protection strategies.
  • Operational Execution: Work closely with the CTO and CCO to ensure technical, enforcement, and customer-facing tasks are delivered effectively.
  • Strategic Growth & Innovation: Drive initiatives in brand protection process improvement, new business models, and AI innovation.
  • Business Development: Partner with the CCO to identify, research, and drive forward new leads, client relationships, and strategic partnerships.
