Job Title: Client Servicing Director

Bangalore-based opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead client relationships and execute creative marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their business strategies, marketing objectives, and day-to-day requirements.
  2. Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and timely project execution.
  3. Assist in developing brand strategy, digital marketing plans, and timelines for campaign execution.
  4. Translate client briefs into actionable work plans across digital and offline platforms.
  5. Partner with the content and creative teams to deliver structured, engaging content and campaign creatives.
  6. Oversee the end-to-end development process – from research, creative concepts, artwork, documentation, to final rollout.
  7. Review and edit content, artwork, and campaign messaging to ensure alignment with brand tone and objectives.
  8. Present creative concepts to clients, capture feedback, and ensure timely iterations.
  9. Identify and pitch new potential clients, contributing to business expansion.

Requirements:

  • 8–12 years of experience in client servicing/account management in an advertising or marketing agency.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and client relationships simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of digital and offline marketing workflows.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing creative/content workflows and internal coordination.
  • Familiarity with the Bangalore market and regional sensibilities is beneficial.
  • Ability to lead client discussions with confidence and strategic insight.
