Job OverviewThe Franchise Acquisition & Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new franchises.
This role involves evaluating competitive offerings, conducting lead generation and closure activities, and ensuring seamless onboarding of new partners.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate high-potential business regions for franchise development.
- Build strong relationships with competitor franchisees and assess offerings by brokers and market players in the region.
- Conduct targeted lead generation campaigns and drive franchisee onboarding closures.
- Drive timely business transition, account activation, and revenue generation from newly acquired franchisees.
- Maintain franchise retention in line with organizational targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify expansion opportunities within the existing network.
- Foster a culture of digital adoption among franchisees, reducing compliance risks and unauthorized trade complaints.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in franchise acquisition, channel sales, or partner development with a strong understanding of stock broking.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks applicable to the stock broking industry.
