We are seeking an experienced Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate banking and relationship management, with a proven track record of acquiring and managing key client relationships.
- The primary responsibility of this role will be to identify and acquire new clients within the public sector undertaking (PSU) segment.
- This will involve developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth through the sale of corporate banking products and solutions.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders within PSU organizations.
- They will also be expected to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet the specific needs of PSU clients.
- Key performance indicators (KPIs) will include revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and risk management.
- To achieve these goals, the Client Acquisition Specialist will work closely with internal stakeholders, including credit, product, and operations teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate/PSU relationship management or acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of PSU ecosystem, corporate banking products, and credit analysis.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.
- Possession of an MBA/CA/Graduate degree with relevant banking experience is preferred.
