Key Enterprise Leadership Role

The newly established Global Business Technology (GBT) division is driving significant growth and strategic initiatives. We seek an experienced Business Systems Architect/Team Lead to lead the GBT - GTM Systems team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative solutions using out-of-the-box functionality for our systems, ensuring future scalability and growth.
  • Establish strong relationships with product lines, delivery management teams, and key business stakeholders.
  • Create fit-gap matrixes and process alignments documentation to ensure solutions meet requirements and product functionality.
  • Design and develop requirements for GTM Systems in consultation with internal departments and subsidiaries.
  • Coordinate and control internal departments and external service providers for GTM Systems implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience delivering technical architectures and implementation services for enterprise systems like Salesforce, Marketo, and Mulesoft.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep pace with business offerings, technical innovation, and market-driven initiatives.
  • Strong requirements, design, documentation skills, and verbal and written communication abilities.
