
Business Development Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing various business initiatives and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate salary structures and possess excellent analytical and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Sourcing: Developing and implementing strategies to identify new business opportunities and provide directional support to internal teams.
- Business Insights: Engaging with internal stakeholders to provide insights on corporate business and existing book mapping details.
- Performance Tracking: Monitoring business performance and analyzing key metrics to drive business growth.
- Data Analysis and Presentation: Presenting data and PowerPoint presentations to senior management to inform business decisions.
- KRA/SOP Tracking: Sharing data with HR and senior management to track Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Corporate Salary Field Experience: Strong understanding of the corporate salary field from a field perspective.
- Microsoft Excel Skills: Proficiency in working with Microsoft Excel and basic data churning tools like Pivot, vlookup, sorting, etc.
- Analytical and Presentation Skills: Excellent analytical and presentation skills for Microsoft PowerPoint Presentations.
- Operational Requirements: Ability to operate from our Infinity Office.
