
Senior Contact Center Solution Developer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Contact Center Solutions Architect.
The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and integrating software solutions for contact centers, including Webex Contact Center, Google Dialogflow, and UCCE/CVP.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and configuring complex contact center systems, as well as scripting and custom development to meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software solutions for contact centers using C#, Java, Python, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Integrate third-party CRMs and systems with Google Dialogflow and other contact center platforms.
- Develop and implement custom IVR agents and workflows using Dialogflow and other technologies.
- Configure and customize UCCE/CVP systems for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
Requirements:
- Expert-level proficiency in at least one programming language (C#, Java, or Python).
- Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
- Experience with contact center platforms, including Webex Contact Center, Google Dialogflow, and UCCE/CVP.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
