Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with clients by serving as the primary point of contact for their requirements and queries.
  • Ensure seamless communication with clarity by understanding client objectives.
  • Support the team in maintaining positive client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Assist in creating engaging communication materials such as briefing notes, presentations, and one-pagers.
  • Gather valuable insights, case studies, and industry news to support client deliverables and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Contribute to thought-leadership and reputation management initiatives under guidance from senior team members.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, strategy, execution) to deliver high-quality outputs on time.
  • Track progress, timelines, and ensure processes run smoothly to meet client expectations.
  • Provide operational support to the Unit Lead/Manager for client projects and contribute to their success.
  • Conduct research, competitor benchmarking, and trend tracking to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry and digital trends to spot potential communication opportunities and drive business results.
  • Identify small opportunities for growth within existing accounts and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Support the team in preparing pitches and proposals to win new business.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in client servicing, communications, PR, or related fields.

• Strong communication and coordination skills to build and maintain effective relationships.

• Excellent writing and presentation abilities to engage audiences and convey key messages.

• Awareness of digital media, influencers, and media landscapes to stay ahead of the competition.

• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel to create engaging visuals and track progress.
