Client Relationship Manager

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. You will work closely with them to understand their needs, objectives, and expectations.

You will develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, acting as their advocate within our organization. Your goal will be to proactively identify client challenges and provide innovative solutions to address them, leveraging our resources and expertise.

Collaboration with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and production, is essential in developing and executing integrated marketing and non-marketing campaigns and projects. Effective communication between clients and internal teams is also crucial, managing expectations and addressing any issues or concerns.

Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and deliverables is vital to ensuring that all client requirements are met on time and within scope, even under tight deadlines.

Maintaining thorough documentation of client interactions, project details, and work records is necessary to facilitate smooth operations and future reference.

Participating in pitches alongside our staff to secure new business opportunities and contribute to our growth is also an important aspect of this role.

Maintaining the overall quality of creative content and services delivered, meeting set standards and exceeding client expectations is key.

Identifying opportunities to expand business with existing and new clients, developing and proposing value-added, creative interactive strategies and presentations for pitches is also an essential part of this position.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in client servicing, preferably in a digital marketing agency environment
