Job Opportunity:

Main Client Servicing Professional

This is a full-time on-site position for a professional in client servicing, located in Mumbai.

Responsibilities:
  • Client account management and relationship maintenance, with the creation of presentations and provision of customer service.
  • Promoting deliverables while adhering to client delivery processes through collaboration with clients and the creative team.
  • Project coordination and quality control for campaigns and other content creation assets as per agreed timelines.
  • Receiving client briefings, analyzing client input together with background knowledge, research, field feedback, etc.
  • Coordination and planning for pre-shoot, on-shoot, and post-shoot activities.
  • Monthly management of digital marketing and social media content calendar.
  • Planning, execution, and management of digital marketing campaigns for AuraKomms & AuraShots.
  • Managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) with engaging content and regular updates.
  • Racing and optimizing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
Necessary Skills:
  • Experience in Client Services, Client Relations, Digital Marketing, and Account Management.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of related work experience in a similar industry.

Beneficial skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, knowledge of digital marketing tools, experience in the advertising or media industry, and fluency in multiple languages.
