Business Development Representative Role

The Business Development Representative (BDR) serves a vital function in driving sales growth within assigned territories. This position demands exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and trust with clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Direct Field Sales: Responsible for face-to-face sales closures using daily presentations to promote Digital Services offerings.
  • Maintaining Client Relationships: Foster relationships with merchants, understanding their marketing objectives and providing resolutions.
  • Prospecting: Identify relevant merchants for the platform and ensure systematic follow-up to drive sales pitches to timely closure.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver sales pitches, product/service demonstrations on a daily basis to generate revenue through B2B sales.
