Proposal Developer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Proposal Developer.

This role involves developing compliant, compelling, and well-structured proposals for US federal opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have familiarity with the federal procurement process and the ability to work collaboratively with capture teams, SMEs, and leadership to produce winning proposals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review, interpret, and respond to federal RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and task orders.
  • Create and maintain compliance matrices and ensure all submissions meet solicitation requirements.
  • Develop and edit proposal content that is clear, persuasive, and compliant.
  • Collaborate with capture managers, business development, and technical experts to gather inputs.
  • Manage the proposal development lifecycle, including reviews, deadlines, and final submission.
  • Maintain a library of past performance, resumes, and reusable proposal content.
  • Proofread, format, and standardize documents for consistency and compliance.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience writing proposals for US federal government contracts.
  • Strong understanding of the federal acquisition process (FAR/DFAR).
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • US citizenship or work authorization required.
