Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Proposal Development Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a key member of our proposal development team, responsible for preparing and submitting high-quality proposals that meet the needs of our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Proposal Concepts: Identify opportunities, study RFPs, and attend strategy meetings to determine proposal concepts.
  2. Prepare Proposals: Determine concept, gather information, write drafts, and obtain approvals to prepare comprehensive proposals.
  3. Meet Deadlines: Establish priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, approval, and transmittal to ensure timely submission of proposals.
  4. Coordinate Requirements: Work with contributors to coordinate requirements and contribute proposal status information to review meetings.
  5. Gather Information: Identify sources of information, coordinate submissions and collections, and identify risks associated with proposals.
  6. Develop Proposal Content: Assemble information including project nature, objectives/outcomes/deliverables, implementation, methods, timetable, staffing, budget standards of performance, and evaluation.
  7. Write and Edit Drafts: Write, revise, and edit drafts, including executive summaries, conclusions, and organization credentials.
  8. Prepare Presentations: Evaluate text, graphics, and binding to prepare engaging presentations.
