About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our organization.

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Writer to lead responses to Public Sector contracts and develop high-quality proposal content.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for producing professionally written proposal materials that clearly articulate our value proposition.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A strong understanding of proposal writing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with various audiences.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality results.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading storyboard sessions with Bid/Proposal team members and key stakeholders to develop compelling proposal content.
  • Analyzing RFPs/RFIs/RFQs to prepare response outlines and compliance matrices.
  • Researching, developing, planning, and writing compliant technical material and proposal content.
  • Interacting with subject matter experts to gather information and insights.
  • Assisting the Bid/Proposal Manager in developing a proposal and delivering completed written proposal responses against agreed RFP deadlines.
  • Gaining adherence to all steps of the pursuit proposal process and confirming high-quality proposal submissions.
  • Designing or suggesting graphics for written proposal material.
  • Maintaining quality results using templates, readability, consistency, and tone.
  • Coordinating with team members for successful delivery of proposals.
