Talent Management Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Manager to join our team.

As a key member, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day needs and queries of creators, building strong relationships with brands and creators, and contributing to campaigns by sharing content ideas and understanding content trends.

  • Manage creators' day-to-day needs and queries via email and other channels.
  • Proactively reach out to brands, act on incoming brand queries, and secure deals efficiently.
  • Build long-term relationships with creators.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • A friendly, approachable personality to maintain strong relationships.
