Bid and Proposal Management Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our bid and proposal management efforts. This role will play a pivotal part in the bid lifecycle, researching, strategizing, and crafting compelling proposals that showcase our capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Bid Process Management: Ensure compliance with all RFP/RFI/Tender requirements from opportunity identification through to final submission.
  • New Business Opportunities Research: Conduct research to influence new business opportunities and create impact on business proposals.
  • Winning Strategies Development: Develop strategies that clearly articulate our value proposition, in-house model benefits, and creative capabilities.
  • Global Team Collaboration: Work with global and local teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Implementation of AI Tools: Implement AI tools in research tasks and day-to-day activities.
  • Crafting Proposals: Create impactful case studies, storytelling decks, and draft proposals that resonate with senior decision-makers.
  • Bid Governance and Quality Assurance: Maintain a library of high-quality case studies, credentials, and proposal assets, ensuring bid governance and quality assurance.
  • Bid Performance Metrics Analysis: Track bid performance metrics, analyze win/loss trends, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 8+ Years in Bid Management or Proposal Writing: Proven success in winning large-scale, multi-market contracts within creative agencies, marketing services, or integrated communications.
  • Storytelling and Content Writing Skills: Exceptional storytelling, content writing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ai and Automation Tools Familiarity: Experience with AI tools, automation tools, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with agency workflows.
  • Marketing Delivery Channels Understanding: Understanding of marketing delivery channels (digital, content, social, video production, tech-enabled marketing).
  • Procurement Portal Experience: Experience with procurement portals.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA in Marketing or Related Field: Prior experience in agency pitch management or marketing procurement will be highly valued.
