Job Title: Senior Federal Proposal Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced proposal writer to develop compliant, compelling, and well-structured proposals for US federal opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and interpret federal RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and task orders.
  • Create clear, persuasive, and compliant proposal content.
  • Collaborate with capture managers, business development, and technical experts to gather inputs.
  • Develop compliance matrices and ensure all submissions meet solicitation requirements.
  • Manage the proposal development lifecycle, including reviews, deadlines, and final submission.
  • Maintain a library of past performance, resumes, and reusable proposal content.
  • Proofread, format, and standardize documents for consistency and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience writing proposals for US federal government contracts.
  • Strong understanding of the federal acquisition process (FAR/DFAR).
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • US citizenship or work authorization required.
