Job Title: Regional Sales Head

Bhionix Group is an innovation-first technology conglomerate expanding aggressively across Eastern India. We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Regional Sales Leader to lead growth across Odisha, West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, and Assam.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategy and optimize performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
