Senior Sales Director - USA Growth Initiative

The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales and operations professional with a proven track record of driving growth in the US market. With 10+ years of experience, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive sales and growth strategy for a new service business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and lead direct client acquisition efforts in the US
  • Owning the sales process, P&L, business objectives, and targets
  • Identify higher margin opportunities and help the business pivot accordingly
  • Plan, execute, and build teams to deliver and partner with businesses with a proven track record
  • Mentor, motivate, and create a professional, healthy, and accountable workforce

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Business Administration and excellent analytical, communication, attitudinal, and altitudinal skills. You will be well-versed in defining career paths, building leadership, delegating responsibilities, controlling attrition, and ownership and delivery. The company offers a full-time salary + equity package, allowing you to retire comfortably.

Requirements:
