Job Title: Centre Director

As a centre director, you will be responsible for the overall performance of our clinics. Your key objectives include driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Growth:
    • Drive revenue and profitability targets through strategic planning and execution.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth through consultations, upselling, cross-selling, and service bundling.
    • Monitor daily/weekly key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure achievement of targets.
  • Operations Excellence:
    • Ensure smooth functioning of all clinic services including slimming, beauty, dermatology, and wellness.
    • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality in the clinic.
    • Oversee inventory management, billing, and cash handling processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, coach, and motivate the clinic team to achieve individual and team goals.
    • Conduct regular reviews and performance appraisals to identify areas for improvement and development.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, service, and sales focus within the team.
  • Customer Experience:
    • Ensure every client receives a consistent, high-quality experience that meets or exceeds their expectations.
    • Resolve customer complaints and escalations promptly and professionally.
    • Develop and implement loyalty and referral programs to increase customer retention and acquisition.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reviews.
    • Provide regular performance updates to senior leadership.
  • Business Development:
    • Develop local partnerships with RWAs, corporates, gyms, and wellness camps to generate footfall and increase revenue.
    • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to plan and execute city-specific activations.
