Key Responsibilities:

  • Remotely monitor the efficient functioning of assigned sellers via outbound calls, emails, and ensure readiness for launch.">
  • Liaise between field executives/sellers and various internal and external agencies for efficient and timely execution of operations.">
  • Train and direct sellers for execution and adherence to norms and practices.">
  • Devise and deploy SOPs, analyze data, and propose features and processes that focus on improving seller experience.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics.">
  • Experience with Excel.">
  • SQL experience is preferred.">

About the Role:

This role involves remotely supporting sellers planned for launch, triggering on-field support, audits, stakeholder management within and outside Amazon, rolling out new processes, and running central control centers.
