Job Title: Operational Support Specialist

As an integral member of our team, the operational support specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and customers.

  • Coordinate service quotes and order processing in collaboration with the internal business team to provide timely support to sales.
  • Validate and execute purchase requests according to defined SOPs, while maintaining open lines of communication with customers and the internal team for necessary documents/approvals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation as per SOPs and ensure daily updates are recorded promptly.
  • Update CRM systems with customer information and orders to facilitate effective tracking and follow-up.
  • Respond to incoming requests within the defined TAT to ensure prompt resolution and high-level customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Service Team to coordinate timely service schedules and provide logistical support as needed.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Exemplify a "Customer First" approach to deliver exceptional customer experiences and foster long-term relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working on CRMs (Zoho, Jira, etc.).
  • Excellent customer-orientation skills, with the ability to build relationships and gain trust.
  • Effective communication, adapting various styles at all organizational levels, and strong public relations skills.

Education Requirement:

Diploma in Business Management or a degree in Business Administration is preferred.

Experience:

2-5 years of relevant experience in the Healthtech/medical equipment, healthcare devices, or start-up sector.
