We are currently seeking a highly skilled Operational Support Specialist to join our team. As an Operational Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

This is a unique opportunity to utilize your skills and experience to contribute to our organization's success. You will be responsible for managing onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, coordinating payroll inputs, tracking leaves and attendance, and providing general support to our team.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hiring and Recruitment: Assist in the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies, manage the hiring process from start to finish, and ensure that all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • HR Operations: Oversee the maintenance of accurate employee records, coordinate payroll inputs, track leaves and attendance, and provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
  • Office Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including supervising vendors, freelancers, and external partners, and ensuring the smooth workflow of projects.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR, Admin, or Operations (agency/creative industry experience is a plus).
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication skills (English and Hindi), comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment, proactive, resourceful, and willing to take responsibility across multiple functions.
