About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operational Support Specialist to join our team. As an Operational Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing critical support to various business units, ensuring timely completion of activities, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform month-end activities and reporting for business units and revenue packages.

2. Develop and maintain system updates and data loaders for demand and supply units.

3. Prepare demand and forecast numbers for supply chain units.

4. Track and summarize HC information.

5. Create project mappings and ensure accurate data integration.

6. Provide regular reports on inventory tracking, backlog, and shipment status.

7. Collaborate with HQ and global region teams to review and drive transition calls.

Requirements:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

1. 2-4 years of experience in business analyst & operations activities.

2. Advanced Excel skills.

3. Ability to multitask and perform activities timely with quality output.

4. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and upskill with tools like Tableau and Power BI.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in science, commerce, economics, or a related field from a reputable institution.
