We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operational Support Specialist. This full-time role is responsible for handling day-to-day operational activities in a wealth management firm, including account opening, onboarding and maintenance, trade execution and reconciliation, client reporting, and compliance support.

This position requires strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling day-to-day operational activities in a wealth management firm
  • Account opening, onboarding and maintenance, trade execution and reconciliation, client reporting, and compliance support
  • Providing administrative support to relationship managers

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Back Office Operations
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of financial products, investment operations, and compliance requirements would be preferred
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
