Operational Support Specialist

As a specialist in channel operations support, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our partner program. This involves providing timely and effective responses to requests from channel partners and internal stakeholders, managing business processes such as granting access to the partner portal, maintaining compliance data accuracy, and resolving technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide proactive operational support to the partner program by responding promptly to inbound requests from channel partners and internal stakeholders.
- Manage business processes, including granting access to the partner portal, ensuring compliance data accuracy, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Sales Operations, Data Governance, and IT to achieve shared goals.
- Lead and facilitate the implementation and enablement of business process improvements.
- Develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
- Assist with tool maintenance and data clean-up initiatives.
- Document processes and procedures on an ongoing basis.
