About the Role

The National Sales Head position at a leading NBFC based in Mumbai offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and lead sales teams across the country.

Key Responsibilities

This full-time on-site role involves overseeing business planning, team management, channel sales, and sales & marketing strategies on a national level. As the National Sales Head, you will be responsible for leading sales teams, driving business growth, and establishing strong partnerships with key stakeholders.

Business Planning and Sales Leadership

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage sales teams to ensure they meet or exceed their sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.

Team Management and Channel Sales

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their best performance.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales leadership and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, the company offers a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
