Chief National Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned Chief National Sales Director to lead our efforts in affordable LAP/home loans across the nation. Reporting directly to the Senior Management, this role will play a pivotal part in driving business growth through strategic sales planning and team management.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will oversee national sales strategies, manage cross-functional teams, and foster strong partnerships to achieve set sales targets. With a proven track record of success, the ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute national sales plans to drive business growth, aligning with company objectives.
- Team Management: Lead and manage cross-functional sales teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
- Channel Sales & Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners, to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to travel nationally as needed.
