About this Opportunity

This is a high-level leadership position that demands exceptional business acumen, profound market knowledge, and the ability to lead large, high-performing teams. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets, as well as driving national sales and marketing operations across the division.

  • Develop & execute business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
  • Drive national sales and marketing operations across the division
  • Identify new product opportunities and lead successful launches
  • Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and enhance market presence
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a large sales & marketing team pan-India
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

As an experienced leader, you will have a proven track record of success in leadership roles within multispecialty segments, with strong exposure to strategy, analytics, and P&L ownership. You will also possess excellent leadership, team-building, and communication skills.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales & marketing
  • Proven success in leadership roles within multispecialty segments
  • Strong exposure to strategy, analytics, and P&L ownership
  • Excellent leadership, team-building & communication skills
  • Full-time graduate in science/pharmacy; MBA preferred
  • Required Skills: Strong commercial acumen Deep therapy knowledge Ability to lead large, high-performing teams Experience in strategic planning and execution Proficiency in analytics and P&L management
